2nd VP (Membership) shall be responsible for the following:

• Be the aide-to-the-president
• Serve as Council Life Member chair
• Preside in the absence of the president and 1st Vice President
• Be in charge of the Council Membership Drive
• Keep a list of all membership awards from the local units 
• Keep in contact with local Membership chairs in order to assist them with membership
• Work with the Council Board to create membership awards throughout the year
